Welcome to Our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)

A collaborative, group-based therapy approach designed to teach and reinforce coping skills for better life management.

At OCHPA, we provide specialized, in-person IOP for both adults and adolescents. Our programs are designed to help those struggling with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and more. We also offer a unique program addressing dual diagnoses, focusing on alcohol and substance use disorders alongside mental health.

– Adult Mental Health IOP: Meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
– Dual Diagnosis IOP: Meets Tuesdays, 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Each program runs for approximately 10 weeks and is facilitated by our team of licensed clinicians.
